This will have 3 parts: An infographic, a sample email that will describe putting what part where in the email, and a bad email that is being corrected.
Infographic:

There will be helpful hints at the top including:

Include a clear topic/question/response needed in the subject line

Don’t reply all unless necessary, you can reply to just one person, especially don’t do this in a chain of a lot of people

Include a greeting and a conclusion

Be respectful and don’t use slang that may be confusing over the internet

Use a consistent font size, and only highlight one or two key things in the email

Update the person on the situation (more hard facts, things that happened)

Provide context about what is going on/observations you have

Tell them what you perceive the issue is and why you feel that it is

Justify what you are talking about

Provide your own opinion while being respectful and conscientious of others​

Provide action steps for the recipient

Tell them what needs to happen

Assign specific tasks

Assign specific due dates

Wrap up/ Farewell

Conclude the email by thanking them for their time
